Before you go to bed at night, look in the mirror and just notice you. Fall in love with you again. As you look at yourself, say “Thank you for a job well done.” Thank yourself for how perfect your life has been and how you handled it, and didn’t think you could, or didn’t handle it. Whatever the case, you learned and thank yourself for learning, and attempting, even it went wrong or felt wrong. Then say- “You are awesome, I love you, and forgive myself for everything on this day that I participated in that may have hurt someone consciously or unconsciously. I take responsibility for my self now.”

In the morning, look in the mirror, “Hello awesome creator, what can I create today. Then play with the infinite that is you!”
