Lilith, A Goddess For All Time : A Conversation With Michael Herkes

Last updated on: August 7, 2019 at 5:22 pm   By Lilith Dorsey

Mainstream religion repeatedly cast her as a malicious force, a tired misogynistic tale as old as time, particularly in this case. Referred to as a dark enchantress, hag, wild witch, seductive demon, harlot, succubus, and murderer…, she is the dark goddess of your dreams and her name is Lilith. Read more

A Gathering of Gris-Gris Formulary

Last updated on: August 4, 2019 at 9:24 am   By Lilith Dorsey

For a long time I have called Gris-Gris bags a little bit of magick. Called Gris-Gris, Mojo bags, or Medicine bags, they are used in Hoodoo, New Orleans Voodoo, and even sometimes in Witchcraft workings. They are small cloth bags that are filled with magickal herbs, oils, crystals, and just about anything else that fits inside. Read more

Such A Life : My Magickal Memories With Dr. John

Last updated on: June 10, 2019 at 6:52 pm   By Lilith Dorsey

Dr. John was pure magick. It is really hard to write through the tears right now to give a fitting tribute to a man who was more of a Father to me than my own ever was. I worked with him, I danced with him, I laughed with him, and above all I loved him. Read more
