The fear of God has been misused through the years to manipulate people. Many people who grew up in the church have memories of being scared God was going to get them for one sin or the other. The Fear of God: Growing The Inner Life, provides the doorway into the heart of God about who God is, which is the foundation of the fear of God. God is gracious, loving, and good. Simply put, the fear of God is an inner sense of honor for God, and an awareness of the Presence, Person of God. Getting to know and build a relationship with God leads to the fear of God. In this book, come on a journey to see how loving God leads to the fear of God. Just like a plant seed, the fear of God is a seed that grows into a lustrous tree, bearing fruits in all seasons. Loving God is a byproduct of living in the fear of God. Living in the fear of God is living in the truth of God’s Word, His way, His life, His heart and His kingdom.
