Who is Rupert Lowe?
Rupert Lowe, representative of Great Yarmouth in the House of Commons, has made headlines in recent years for his “controversial” statements. Over the years, he has voiced his concerns over the increased number of migrants who have come to the U.K. In particular, his concern is focused on migrants from Muslim majority regions. Cultural upheaval seems to be his main reason for why he is averse to the expanded immigration policies that have been created over the last few decades. Here are some examples of statements that he has made:
- “I don’t believe we should import millions of [Pakistani and Indian citizens] to do jobs that unemployed Brits should be doing. If that makes me racist, then so be it.”
- “[This situation regarding low-skilled migration] has not happened by accident — this was a willful decision to import millions of low-skilled migrants from the third world by Labour, Reform and Conservative politicians.”
- “Stop calling them ‘Asian’ ‘grooming gangs’. They are not Japanese. Call them what they are. Predominately Pakistani Muslim rape gangs.”
- “Young foreign men imported from cultures and religions that treat women like dirt on the bottom of their shoe.”
In 2024, Lowe represented Reform UK but, in 2025, he was suspended by the party for allegations of bullying. Now, he sits as an Independent MP in the House of Commons.
As the above quotes demonstrate, he has sounded alarm bells about immigration en masse, particularly from Muslim majority countries.
Some called him a racist, others a xenophobe; many still do.
Of course, the term “Islamophobe” has made its rounds regarding him. Yet, it seems that the alarm bell that he has been sounding on deaf ears for years is finally receiving some validation.
The Rape Gang Inquiry Team
The Inquiry, greatly supported by Rupert Lowe and his unwavering resolve, was led by the following:
- Sammy Woodhouse – A Survivor of sexual abuse who exposed the Rotherham sexual exploitation scandal and who wrote, Just a Child: Britain’s Biggest Child Abuse Scandal Exposed.
- Nat Enderby-Shenton – Voluntary activist who set the budget for the inquiry.
- Marlon West – The Father of an abuse survivor whose testimony is found within the pages of the Inquiry itself.
- Debra Sudbury – Spent 39 years as a mental health nurse and was a senior clinical manager with the NHS.
- Julie Ballan – Local activist who also aided in budgeting and aided in providing the logistical framework for how the inquiry would operate.
Of course, there was a much larger supporting cast, but the findings of these individuals were staggering.
The Highlights of “The Rape Gang Inquiry”
- 95 pages of this Inquiry are dedicated to the crimes committed and eye-witness testimony.
- In case you were curious: it’s difficult to read. My jaw was to the floor as I gazed upon the words in front of me. Blood-curdling details lay within the testimonies of girls who were trafficked from the ages of 11-18 by mostly Pakistani-Muslim men. The actions performed on these girls make me as a father, and simply as a human being, boil with anger. Trafficking, drugging, exploiting, reports falling on deaf ears, forced conversion, gaslighting, forced abortion, failed social services, abuse of all types, torture, abduction; in the largest reported sexual exploitation scandal of the century, we see it all.
- Some girls were reported to being treated as sex slaves.
- The first known instance of a Pakistani-Muslim gang engaging in trafficking minors is believed to have occurred in 1955. 4 Pakistani men were “charged with raping a 15-year-old girl from Middlesbrough.”
This was just a small taste of what was to come. Once the immigration policies of European nations, such as the U.K, became more lax, gangs like this began to become more prevalent. Emboldened by the growing liberalization of European culture, they became more organized as well.
So emboldened, were these gangs, that some 250,000 “young white girls [were] raped in this century, very largely by Muslim men, usually several times a day,” according to Lord Pearson of Rannoch in 2019. If correct, this means that going back to 1955, 3,521 girls have been exploited each year for 71 years throughout the U.K.
The number “250,000” is also considered to be an underestimate, yet it is, of course, contested. The Lord of Rannoch argues that extending the number of sexual assaults in Rotherham to other towns that have been “more quiet” allows one to safely conclude 250,000, especially given the amount of time that has passed and the breadth of which the crimes took place.
- Of course, with the amount of districts that have been found to be complicit in this scandal, some 146 to be exact, it wouldn’t be so surprising.
- 87% of the perpetrators were seen to have distinctly Muslim names. A local imam claims that the percentage should be 95%.
- [Then] Director of Pubulic Prosecutions Keir Starmer dropped 13,000 cases of abuse and sent the suspects off with “warning letters.” He has since resigned as Prime Minister on June 22, 2026.
The Jay Report, 2014:
In 2014, the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council commissioned an Independent Inquiry into the issue of sexual exploitation, focused in the area of Rotherham. This Report in cited in The Rape Gang Inquiry. Therefore, I believe that it’s helpful to go through some highlights. Here is a link to the full Jay Report for your access.
Here is some key information from the Jay report below:
- Between 1997 and 2013, 1400 children were sexually exploited.
- These children were “trafficked to other towns and cities in the north of England. They were abducted, beaten, and intimidated. Some reports show that others were covered with gasoline and set alight.
- The girls were as young as 11.
- A far majority of perpetrators were described as ‘Asian’ by the children who reported their cases. The Pakistani community, which is incredibly high in Rotherham in comparison with the rest of the U.K, was not engaged.
- Fathers were arrested when they tracked down their own daughters to rescue them from abuse.
- Dr. Heal believed in 2006 that Police were concerned about acting against Asian youths due to possible allegations of racism.
- It was reported by anonymous Pakistani women that Pakistani men would buy property to be used for grooming and sex.
- Pakistani women were, on record, saying that they feared giving information because it would hurt their status in the community. It would also hurt their marriage prospects.
The Telford Inquiry (2022):
The Telford Inquiry was chaired by Tom Crowther in 2022, and was released in 4 volumes. It’s available HERE.
Much like how I treated the Jay Report, I want to simply give a few highlights from this report.
Here is some key information that was found in the report:
- One Youth Inclusion officer who worked primarily with 9 and 10-year-olds found links between some of the children in their care, a group of Asian men, and a house in Wellington.
- An officer of Safeguarding communicated concern in regards to children having babies not being passed on to the Initial Assessment Team. Apparently, they were told that the children were being cared for by their midwives and health caretakers.
- There was an impression that the issue of exploitation was being blamed on the children and not the perpetrators.
- There was a system in place using the taxi-occupation. As an example, in volume 4, we read a testimony from a victim: “Asian men will pick up a girl in a taxi when drunk, stop at a shop, supposedly to buy a drink, and then drive off, leaving the girl abandoned. He will then call other men, one of whom will pick the girl up, thereby “rescuing” her, with the others driving to a pre-arranged location in readiness for the second taxi to bring the girl there in order that all the men can rape her.”
- Up to 1,000 girls have been sexually exploited in Telford in the last 40 years.
An Interesting Pattern
Of course, these 2 studies that are cited by Rupert Lowe’s inquiry are just the tip of the iceberg. There are some things that must be reflected on:
First, there seems to be, based on these reports, an intricate system used for Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). A community will only set this system up so publicly and boldly if they believe they can get away with it. Something has been empowering this community to engage in this action for decades.
Second, there is a pattern of apathy or complacency within the very organizations that are sworn to protect children and care for them in their time of need. When these incidents are reported, it is often the victim who is blamed for the action.
Third, the same group is tied to these actions going back for decades: Pakistani-Muslim men. While the Telford inquiry labels them as “Asian,” it should be noted that this is simply a matter of geographic factors.
Population Matters
All of this begs the question: How did this group of (predominantly) Pakistani men become so emboldened, that they were willing to be so public and systematic with their approach? This cannot be the workings of a small group of Pakistani (and other Muslim) men, no, as the report shows, it’s a shockingly large group, especially when counting the people who refused to turn them in all this time.
The answers: The shifting population of Muslims in the region, government complacancy (as demonstrated by the report), AND Islam historically produces such behavior.
The population of European countries has fluctuated greatly over the course of the last decade. In particular, a substantial number of Muslims, from countries such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, and Iraq, among many others, have left their home countries and have established roots in European Nations and the U.S.
As of 2016, the percentage of the Muslim population in relation to the rest of the population of certain European countries was as follows:
- France – 8.8%
- Germany – 6.6%
- Sweden – 8.1%
- UK – 6.3%
All in all, Muslims, as of 2016, make up 4.9% of the population of Europe. Yet, this underestimates the number of people from Muslim backgrounds that have both immigrated and who have given birth in specific cities throughout Europe. For instance, in 2001, there were 142,749 people with Pakistani heritage living in the capital city of the U.K. Now, in 2026, that number has doubled to 305,000.
While on the surface, the overall population of this demographic seems insignificant, the cultural impact, has been tremendous, and as the UK has learned, can be nightmarish. This concentration of Muslims in one area impacts community norms, elections, and the culture of the region.
Population Trends
Now, the challenge for Europe at the moment is that by 2050, if immigration policies continue to be lax, the Muslim population of Europe is set to be 14.0%.
According to Pew Research, this percentage assumes that, “the record flow of refugees into Europe between 2014 and 2016 to continue indefinitely into the future with the same religious composition (i.e., mostly made up of Muslims) in addition to the typical annual flow of regular migrants.”
Under this “high model, the population increase appears as follows:
- France – 18.0%
- Germany – 19.7%
- Sweden – 30.6%
- UK – 17.2%
What are the implications? Imagine that you have 2 populations that have completely distinct backgrounds and ways of life. Now imagine with a country decided to import millions of the completely different and distinct people group. What could possibly happen?
Of course politically, representatives of these communities would be less inclined to investigate specific groups of people if they are relying on heavily repopulated voting block. Such is the case of London and Sir Sadiq Khan.
Unfortunately, the U.K. is finding out (has found out) the hard way.
Final Thoughts
What I appreciate about the report is that it explains foundation of Muslim Culture in incredibly accurate terms. For instance, quoting the Quran accurately and tying its teachings to the cultures of the Middle East gives the reader an incredible glimpse into what Europe is facing, and paints an accurate picture of what Islam truly allows.
In future articles, I will begin to unpack this further.
Stay tuned for later this week where I will tie Islam directly to this phenomenon that is striking London, beginning with how Islam views and treats women. Then I will explore how Islam treats “Kafirs.”

One more Note
I want to be abundantly clear.
I do not believe for a second that just because someone is of Pakistani origin, or even a Muslim for that matter, that this makes them a bad person. However, the actions that are being done here, as are reflected in Middle Easterd Cultures, derive from somewhere.
We can separate Muslims from Islam to some degree; afterall, a good number of Muslims are ignorant of what their sources actually teach just as some Christians are ignorant about their faith.
However, Islam itself must be addressed, not just for the sake of the West, but for Muslims who are looking for a reason to leave it themselves.
1400 years of Islamic aggression towards the West cannot be ignored for the sake of globalization and inclusivity. We must reflect deeply on where we are as a society and act.
What are your thoughts?
Will this report impact the course of the U.K. and Europe as a whole?
How will this impact immigration policies across the West?
