About

Robert is a Certified Elder Law Attorney practicing in southside Virginia. A life long learner, he earned his BS from the University of Maryland, European Division while serving in the United States Air Force, graduating in 1991. He left the USAF to attend law school at the University of Virginia and while there, also earned his Masters Degree in Public Administration. (LAW 94, MAPA 97). Robert began practicing law in 1995 moving back to his hometown.

A bibliophile, Robert was searching for a set of the Great Books of the Western World when he ran across the Great Books Honor College of Faulkner University. Enrolling, he has completed all his coursework and is now in the process of finalizing his Dissertation Prospectus.

It was during this program that he found the works of the Renaissance Neostoics, such as Justus Lipsius, Guillaume DuVair and Bishop Joseph Hall, along with Francisco Quevedo, Pierre Charron and others.
