What is Buddhism?: An Introduction

https://www.amazon.com/What-Buddhism-Introduction-Jay-Forrest/dp/B08BW46B5D/

This book is designed to be a simple, non-scholarly introduction to Buddhism. Therefore, technical words are kept to a minimum, and when they are used, they are explained in everyday English. This goal of keeping it simple matches the goal of keeping it practical. In writing this book, I made the conscious decision to avoid the quoting of a lot of authorities, feeling that this would distract beginners from the content. The truth is the truth no matter who said it.

Buddhist Meditation: An Introduction

https://www.amazon.com/Buddhist-Meditation-Introduction-Jay-Forrest/dp/B08BVWTC9L/

We are living through a mindfulness revolution. The secret of Buddhist meditation has been discovered by psychologists, live coaches, and business people. Mindfulness is now the catchphrase. But what is mindfulness and what is meditation. This book is designed to be a simple, non-scholarly introduction to Buddhist meditation. Therefore, technical words are kept to a minimum, and when they are used, they are explained in everyday English. This goal of keeping it simple matches the goal of keeping it practical.

Buddhism as Psychology: Happiness and Inner Peace

https://www.amazon.com/Buddhism-Psychology-Happiness-Inner-Peace/dp/B08BWFWV1P/

Buddhism is coming to the West as a powerful psychology, filled with ancient wisdom. Mindfulness is now fully incorporated into a number of psychotherapies. Buddhism is taking the West by storm, in part because its metaphysics are not dependent on a belief in a God. This book is designed to be a simple, non-scholarly introduction to Buddhist psychology. Therefore, technical words are kept to a minimum, and when they are used, they are explained in everyday English. This goal of keeping it simple matches the goal of keeping it practical.
