Last updated on: April 26, 2017 at 12:19 pm By Adam Ericksen

Donald Trump might be growing a heart. In an Associate Press interview last weekend, Trump reflected on his heart and the responsibilities of the presidency. He told the AP that his new job is very different from his previous jobs. As the president, Trump is discovering that you have to have a heart. A presidential heart requires him, “to think through the consequences his decisions have on people and not simply the financial implications for his company’s bottom line.” According... Read more

Last updated on: April 25, 2017 at 12:38 pm By Adam Ericksen

Don’t let all the talk about living in a “post-truth” world mislead you. There is still truth to be told about our world, especially about human relationships. The good news is that we can know the truth. Fortunately, theatre helps unmasks the lies and reveal the truth about our relationships. Playwright Christopher Shinn reveals that truth in his plays. Chris is an award-winning author and was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Drama in 2008. He teaches at the New School in New York City. Read more

Last updated on: April 19, 2017 at 2:40 pm By Adam Ericksen

Do you remember two weeks ago? It seems like so long ago. But back then Democrats and the media were upset that Trump might have been in league with Russia to win the election. Where there was discord, there’s now a blessed sense of unity. Oh glory be to God. Or,... Read more
