Following the 5-4 Supreme Court decision finding a “fundamental” right to same-sex marriage in the U.S. Constitution, celebrity and LGBT activist, George Takei went on a video rant. He directed his vitriol at Conservative Justice Thomas, who dissented from the majority in the ruling, saying “He is a clown in blackface sitting on the Supreme Court. He gets me that angry. He doesn’t belong there.”

Yes, he really said that.

Certainly, Takei was immediately ostracized and targeted by the PC police and mobs of Twitter outrage, right? Not so fast. If the person spewing racist filth is an LGBT activist known for cute, viral internet posts and the Supreme Court justice is a conservative… he gets a free pass.

Takei was upset over, the fact that Thomas echoed the Declaration of Independence – all humans are created equal because our dignity and rights come from our Creator, not the government. I guess given his completely undignified rant, it makes sense that Takei can’t fully comprehend the idea of inherent human dignity/

Takei, a spokesperson for “No H8” speaking out for bullying of any kind, misses the irony of his “tolerant” stance as he publically spews such vile hate speech at one of our country’s most dignified leaders who has overcome numerous obstacles in his life.

And you know who is strangely silent on the subject of Takei’s rant? The many liberal news outlets that have published story after story praising Takei’s left-wing activism.

As Marc Lamont Hill tweeted, “If George Takei were Ted Nugent, and Clarence Thomas were Barack Obama, we’d be having a whole different conversation about his ‘blackface’ comment.”

But the media and the outraged mobs aren’t interested in true equality and dignity for all. If they were, they’d run George Takei out of the public square.

As they say on Star Trek, we are approaching the final frontier. But this frontier is absolute insanity.
