It’s important for you Crystals to create the time and space to be quiet – to have meditative and inner reflective time. You’re affected more than most by people and the outside environment, it can stress your system. You’re very intelligent people with deep inner healing abilities. Make sure you spend quality alone time so you can keep yourself healthy. Whether you meditate or just quietly read your favorite book – this personal time of solitude is imperative for your emotional balance, mental health and physical well-being. Some of the other aura color personalities can go and go and go – they relish accomplishing projects and constantly being busy. They can become bored and restless sitting still for too long. Even so, we could all take a cue from you Crystals – being quiet and still sometimes can be good for all of us.
