In the morning, spend 20 minutes surrendering

Think over your day, your life–each thing that comes into your head, surrender it to God

Let go of your ambitions

Let go of your fears

Let go of your body

Let go of your soul

Let go of your family

Let go of your friends

Let go of your holiness

Let go of your sins

Let go of your truth

Let go, let go, let go

Release all that you are, all that you aren’t, all that you want to God

Rest in God’s love
