Speaking

John and Chris speak often on topics related to Slow Church, faith and spirituality, justice, community development, creativity, writing, and reading.

We’ve been guests at conferences, churches, and in classrooms, including recent talks at the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, Seattle University, The Wild Goose Festival, Christian Theological Seminary (Indianapolis) and George Fox University.

John regularly speaks in the Pacific Northwest, and will consider opportunities in that region.
Chris regularly speaks throughout Indiana and the surrounding states and will consider opportunities in that region.
Outside these two regions, one or both of us will consider all opportunities, with preference to those that will assist with travel expenses.

Our presentations are flexible in length and in their use of multimedia. You can choose from a list of topics, or we can connect by phone or video chat to tailor a topic more closely aligned to your audience, event, and venue.
