6) Create Safe Spaces in Your Masjid

Contact your local counselor or therapist to conduct private counseling sessions off-site or on-site at your masjid. Additionally you may encourage the development of a group therapy circle on a weekly basis at your masjid to encourage people with mental health and personal challenges to have easier accessibility to counselors and therapists. Additionally, promote a healthy environment and culture in your masjid of non-judgement, inclusion and comfort in seeking professional mental health help.
