Repenting of Christianity
I am repenting of the sin of Christianity and idolatry. As Easter approaches I have been really thinking about how brainwashed I once was. I have put a lot of thought into the amount of crazy things you have to believe inorder to be a Christian and how I ended up there. Brainwashing is real. If you are told from infancy that this is the only way to heaven and the only other option is hell, you’re likely to believe anything. I have spent my Passover repenting of the sin of Christianity and Idolatry.
Repenting of the Sin of Celebrating a Man’s Death
But now it frightens and saddens me that there was a time when I celebrated the very painful public death of a man. It sickens me that I thought of a Jewish man’s death as a gift. I truly feel deep remorse for this. What type of person finds joy in another’s death. What type of human seeks to use another’s pain and death to their own advantage?
Personal Responsibility
It further disturbs me that I believed G-d would require the death of his son to forgive our sins and that I wanted to worship such a god. Why should another pay with blood and pain for a sin I committed? Why would I want to worship a god who would kill one human for another’s sin?
Human G-d
I wonder how I ever believed a human man was a god. How did I believe this, even though that human man repeatedly says he came to tell us about G-d? Jesus repeatedly said he came to tell us about his father and do the work of G-d.
Jesus is Talking to Himself?
How did I believe that this god literally begged himself to let this cup (death) pass from him then told himself no and killed himself? Jesus prayed to G-d and asked that this cup could pass from him. In this prayer he also says not my will be done, but yours. Who is he talking to if he is G-d? Clearly, he does not think he is and he is seeking the help of G-d.
Jesus Died for the Dogs?
How did I believe that a man who spoke very poorly of the gentiles chose to die for their sins? Jesus called the gentiles dogs and said it was not right that he should throw the children’s food to the dogs. This combined with the fact that Jesus begged to not die makes it very clear that he did not choose to die in order to save gentiles from their sin.
Repenting of the Sin of Christianity and Drinking The Blood
How did I believe the blood of a dead human would save me? What a sick digusting belief. It sounds like something out of the darkest occult book. Yet, even in occult books you need to physically see and touch the blood for this magic to work. How can the blood of a dead man be applied to my body or soul when his death happened hundreds of years ago and I have none of his actual blood now? How does drinking grape juice equate to drinking his blood?
Repenting of the Sin of Cherry Picking the Law
How did I believe that the law was dead but it wasn’t at the same time? Only certian verses of the law are dead? The Ten Commandments, spare the rod spoil the child, and a man shall not lie with a man, still apply but the rest are dead? How is that? Who decided which are dead and which are not?
G-d Damns Good People?
How did I ever believe that G-d created all humans but will send all of his creations to eternal fire except one small group? Why did I want to worship such a god? Any religion that tells you they are the ONLY way to G-d lies. G-d created and loves us all. I would not wish to worship a god who created a world of people only to doom them to eternal flames simply for not believing in a man they never met. How did I ever accept that G-d would send good people to eternal damnation regardless of the purity of their heart?
You have to be sick in the head to believe the creator of all life has chosen only one small group to save from eternal damnation, needs to sacrifice his child to achieve this, is both in heaven and and on earth at the same time, argues with himself, finally sacrifices himself, and demands we drink his blood or face eternal damnation. You literally have to be insane; insane or a very young child who was brainwashed. G-d I am repenting of the sin of Christianity and of Idolatry. Please forgive me and please wipe the haze from the eyes of those still blinded. Jesus wherever your soul is now, I hope you know that I am sorry for being one of the people to celebrate your pain and death.
