Last updated on: May 29, 2015 at 8:41 am   By Guest Contributor

Last updated on: May 21, 2015 at 1:35 pm   By Sr. Theresa Aletheia Noble

Transactional Justice: The Death Penalty and Tsarnaev

Last updated on: May 20, 2015 at 7:49 am   By Guest Contributor

The trouble I see with transactional justice, especially when it goes as far as the death penalty, is that it keeps society on the level of transactional violence: it is just that society is authorized to carry out the violent act and random citizens are not. Read more

Last updated on: May 14, 2015 at 2:28 pm   By Sr. Theresa Aletheia Noble
