Beltane Twitter Contest! 2010-04-27T09:47:25-04:00 Star Foster

LOGO Patheos Explore the world's faith through different perspectives on religion and spirituality! Patheos has the views of the prevalent religions and spiritualities of the world.

We’re just a few days from Beltane and with all this jazzy spring energy bouncing around we’re going to have a Twitter contest!

For the majority of Pagans Beltane and Samhain are the major holidays. The ones you just don’t skip. Maybe you let Mabon slide by or had to work on Imbolc, but you make time for Beltane and Samhain.

Beltane is a fire festival that stirs the blood and imagination. The body awakens with the trees and bears and you have an overwhelming desire to get out and DO SOMETHING!

I’m making scones and jumping balefires. Are you grilling out? Ritual by the lake? Camping in the mountains? Meditating on the beach? Let us know!

We’re going to be posting the morning of May 1st all the best recipes, rituals, stories, lore, videos, music, poetry, quotes and anecdotes that are tagged #BeltaneBest on Twitter!

So what are you waiting for? Get featured on Oak and Holly!  Tweet away!
