The Rod of Asclepius Relic On TV

Last updated on: May 31, 2016 at 11:43 am   By Guest Contributor

Image: Shining bronze sculpture of a snake wrapped around a staff. The top of the staff of almost cup like instead of round. The storage room is lit up by old lighting which makes the ancient staff glow, emulating it’s ancient powers. From the Warehouse 13 Wiki I have become a huge fan of Warehouse 13 which is produced by the SyFy network. I’m watching past seasons. There is a long hiatus which drives me nuts about shows these days... Read more

Vote for the Worth and Dignity of Every Person

Last updated on: May 31, 2016 at 11:43 am   By Guest Contributor

There is a value that people in the various Pagan and Magic traditions share: the inherent worth and dignity of every person. Everyone has a human right to health care, sustenance, and housing. This election vote for the candidates who will uphold the programs that put these values into action. What stronger actions are there to show a person they are valued then to maintain their physical temple by feeding them, housing them, and getting them the medical wisdom they... Read more

My Inner Flame was Restored by a Caring Human Voice

Last updated on: May 31, 2016 at 11:43 am   By Guest Contributor

A volunteer at a crisis line restored my connection to the Divine that dwells within and flows through everything. Last week I was once again reminded why it’s important for me to practice my anxiety coping skills daily. When a person learns a martial art, they do the moves over and over so the mind and body function together in one fluid motion. The person can react instinctively. I was told by my social worker that I needed to keep... Read more

Community Linkage

Last updated on: May 31, 2016 at 12:04 pm   By Guest Contributor

My husband and I have been battling small black blood sucking creatures. This happened just after we recovered from almost having pneumonia. Though it’s just fleas it sound’s like a Halloween horror story. I tried, I really did, to use natural remedies. I put Pennyroyal on Rosie but they wouldn’t go away. Eventually we had to wash EVERYTHING. All the clothes and bedding. I’m weary from all of the laundry and spraying the house. I finally broke down and bought... Read more
