Autumn offers many spiritual reflections.<\/strong><\/h2>\n As each new season approaches, nature shares her wisdom on the gift of renewal.<\/p>\n Autumn offers many spiritual reflections<\/a>.<\/p>\n The constant visual change of its landscape making it easier for the soul to understand.<\/p>\n In this way, inviting us to pause for introspection and gaze into our own heart\u2019s landscape<\/a>.<\/p>\n Photo by Susan P. Lax<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n** ** **\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0\u00a0By doing so we make room for our own spiritual growth<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n**** ** Changing leaves become our teachers, our guide to transition and letting go.<\/p>\n ** At first, they change colors, showing us that change can be beautiful.<\/p>\n ** Yet as the leaves begin to fall, we are reminded of life\u2019s temporariness.<\/p>\n ** Every leaf begins anew, changes color and then drifts to become mulch.<\/p>\n ** It no longer serves the tree.<\/p>\n ** This can encourage us to embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us.<\/p>\n ** ****We can shed negative thoughts, behaviors and relationships.<\/p>\n By doing so we make room for our own spiritual growth<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Photo by Aaron Burden<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n**** ** ****\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0With spiritual reflection and introspection, we can become vulnerable.<\/strong><\/h2>\n****** ** With\u00a0 spiritual reflection and introspection, we can become vulnerable.<\/p>\n ** Similar to the bare trees after they shed their leaves.<\/p>\n ** Vulnerability need not be a sign of weakness rather a source of enormous strength.<\/p>\n ** ******Trees stand tall and know that their roots are strong in spite of their bareness.<\/p>\n Vulnerability gifts us<\/a> trust in ourselves.<\/p>\n As well as with those we share our true self with.<\/p>\n Leading to deeper and more meaningful relationships.<\/p>\n Especially with ourselves.<\/p>\n Photo by Susan P. A holiday that invites reflection and renewal.<\/p>\n Yom Kippur<\/a>: The Day of Atonement. A time to make amends and renew ones spiritual awareness.<\/p>\n Sukkot<\/a>: A harvest festival.
