How to Block Out the Haters When You Go Viral

Last updated on: February 26, 2015 at 10:53 am   By Jennifer Fancher

This kid has it!  Meet Brandon Bowen, a 16 year old Vine pro. Not only are his Vines super hilarious, but he’s taken the right stance against any negative commenters from his vines. So, I’m taking a lesson from this young man. Recently, we revealed our Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel, knowing that it wasn’t 100% finished.  We still have to replace the floors and revamp of our kitchen island. I made sure to state in my post that we completed the... Read more

How to Make a Pallet Wood Dry Good Sign

Last updated on: February 23, 2015 at 12:19 pm   By Jennifer Fancher

Recently, while remodeling our Kitchen, we decided to update our Pallet Wood Kitchen Island. In our new home, light was an issue in our kitchen. When we remodeled, we wanted light to come in through the Pallet Island, so we removed a few of the boards from the front of the island. Instant Pallet wood for me to work with! SCORE! I wanted to create a sign to hang over my pantry, and was so excited to have a piece... Read more

Decorating with Heirlooms: Creating a Vignette

Last updated on: February 16, 2015 at 10:28 am   By Jennifer Fancher

When I framed some family heirloom photos, I wanted to create a vignette to tie everything together instead of just hanging pictures on a wall.  Here’s where I started in a lone corner of my dining room. I hung the photo collage and paired it with a vintage vanity stool that I found junkin’. My mother passed on to me a set of key wall plaques that came from her mother.  I used one on our Stairway Gallery Wall, and... Read more

Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite bracelets I’ve made. A beautiful marriage of Silver, Turquoise and Jade hued beads. I twisted the strands into a loose... Read more
