There are plenty of articles that will go into the astrology of the upcoming new moon (which occurs on July 2nd). The purpose of this post is to share the messages I’ve channeled for everyone by zodiac sign. As far as astrology goes, you can read for your sun sign, moon sign, and rising sign, or just one, whatever you desire. Enjoy this new moon and the energy it brings.

Aries

There is a lesson in stillness for you at this time. Stop rushing, stop pushing, stop trying to make things happen according to your expectations, and relax. The stress of these expectations is exhausting you, and it’s preventing you from seeing important signs all around you. Think in terms of the long haul, and preserve your energy. Develop patience, and pay careful attention to what you want to strengthen and preserve in your life. It cannot be done by rushing about. Foster a gentle pace in all of your endeavors and breathe easier.

Taurus

Your intuition is heightened, and aspects of your life that have felt muddled will be revealed by clarity. Synchronicities will guide you and help you stay on track. There is a wild energy about you that demands a playful attitude and a present mind. Many doors will open to you if you give in to this way of being, let your worries go, and trust your life. Pay special attention to your hunches, as they are likely to pay off.

Gemini

Intense magick will bring about big results for you. You’re in tune with the spirits around you, and there is clarity in your true desires. Take advantage of this to bring about some large-scale manifestations. You know how to harness and direct energy. Don’t second guess yourself. There is no room for doubt here, only true aim and a strong will. Trust in your innate abilities and release attachment to any outcomes.

Cancer

The best thing to hold on to at this time is your sense of a humor and a basic trust in the love of the great Spirit for you. There are no hidden motives, no other shoe to drop. Hang on to a light heart and make play your priority. There is no need for dramatics, and you will be thoroughly refreshed if you are tenacious in not becoming involved in anyone else’s drama.

Leo

The spirits speak of the need for you to increase your protections, as this is a time for you to dig deep within and come to a greater understanding of yourself, your motives, and your desires. You may feel that some of your plans have been entirely foiled, and it will require protection of the mind to find the treasure in the sunken ship, rather than simply mourning the loss. Time in the natural world, or a good salt bath, will go a long way in assisting you and providing protection. Call upon your ancestors for their protection over you as well. Do not neglect the basics of your spiritual health.

Virgo

The connection you’re seeking can be found in joy and ecstatic practices. Consider taking up ecstatic rituals at this time to bring about the shakeup and clarity you need. Let go of control. By embracing ritual you continue to create structure, and by letting go of your need to control you get the most out of the ritual. Release expectations. Your ability to tap into the current of joy is seeking to be exercised. You will be shown the way.

Libra

There is so much hope yet to be had. Don’t give up now. Whatever you’re experiencing, hold on to what sustains you. Focus on the actions that bring you a sense of peace and of grounding. Remember the cyclical nature of life and know that any storms in your life are destined to pass, but what remains through it all is what you should be clinging to, instead of getting swept up and away by challenges. There is great love in your life, and all is not lost.

Scorpio

Examine your loyalties and the loyalties of those you share your life with, and really pay attention to what you see. There is a way for you to get back something you’ve forgotten about, or felt was lost forever, but the way can only be found when the storm in your mind is quieted, and your immediate desires are put on the back burner for a bit. Your desires must be moderated so that you can see what is actually best for you and find the path forward. This relates as well to what you wish for in your relationships. See things as they are, and know that what you feel is lost can be retrieved.

Sagittarius

Don’t give away your power or let anyone tell you that you don’t have any. Go within and connect with your ancestral lineage, and you will feel the power that courses through you. Build your life, your ethics, and your beliefs on that. There are some important changes percolating underneath the surface of your life. You can tap into them and bring them about. Take time alone to meditate and rest before doing so. Build your confidence in yourself. The spirits are heralding the beginning of a very active time of life for you in which the knowledge of your personal power will be integral to forging your path.

Capricorn

Spend time near water, and drink more water and tea. Learn from this element the way to be fluid and the way to soothe. You have the choice in how you respond to the circumstances in your life. You can choose serenity despite any turbulence. Emotions are likely to be raw, and you will need to take care of yourself and your emotional wellbeing. Water is especially healing for you at this time, learn from it and accept its gifts, and know can find healing. It is an energy that flows through you.

Aquarius

You are intensely receptive and the universal energies of love, peace, joy, compassion, trust, and patience are readily available to you and flow through you just by you being open to them. It will be necessary for you to have strong boundaries and to repel those who want to take advantage of you or bring you down. Don’t mistake love and kindness for being a doormat. Don’t say yes when you really feel the answer is no. Utilize wisdom and employ protection. Trust your gut feelings. Fill your spiritual cup and don’t let anyone steal from you.

Pisces

Life is moving fast and in new directions. Go with the flow and embrace the irrevocable changes that are occurring. You may feel totally ungrounded, so it’s important that you take actions that lend to your sense of stability. Shakeups will begin to settle down after the stuck becomes unstuck. Learn to adjust to your new normal and enjoy the new discoveries that this movement in life will bring.
