These are prophetic times we live in today; perhaps even dangerous times.

At the start of the apparitions in Medjugorje, Our Lady prophesized in a mysterious message that: “the West will make civilization progress but without God; and will act as if they are their own creator. <She also added that Russia will come to glorify God; in what some believe directly connects Medjugorje to Fatima>

Next year is the 1oo year anniversary of the Fatima Apparitions. As attention turns to Fatima it is worth remembering that perhaps one the most significant messages ever issued by the Queen of Peace at Medjugorje was on August 25, 1991. And there She said “Medjugorje is the continuation and fulfillment of Fatima.”

Are we now witnessing the fulfillment of Fatima that Medjugorje predicted? Is our society, our culture building a civilization “without God”?

Please read Cardinal Sarah powerful and important speech he gave to an audience of more than 1,000 in Washington D.C. at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast on May 17 .

The speech can be see as a clear revelation that American and the “West” are rapidly marching towards a world without God; and are acting as if they are their own creator.
Cardinal Sarah:

The battle to preserve the roots of mankind is perhaps the greatest challenge our world has faced since its origins. Today we are witnessing the next stage — and the consummation — of the efforts to build a utopian paradise on earth without God. It is the stage of denying sin and the fall altogether. But the death of God results in the burial of good, beauty, love and truth. Good becomes evil, beauty is ugly, love becomes the satisfaction of sexual primal instincts, and truths are all relative.

So all manner of immorality is not only accepted and tolerated today in advanced societies, but even promoted as a social good. The result is hostility to Christians, and, increasingly, religious persecution.” —Cardinal Sarah

“This is why it is so important to fight to protect the family, the first cell of the life of the Church and every society. This is not about abstract ideas. It is not an ideological war between competing ideas. This is about defending ourselves, children and future generations from a demonic ideology that says children do not need mothers and fathers. It denies human nature and wants to cut off entire generations from God.” —Cardinal Sarah, Ibid.

“I encourage you to truly make use of the freedom willed by your founding fathers, lest you lose it.” —Cardinal Robert Sarah, Prefect of the Holy See’s Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, speaking to an American audience in Washington D.C. at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast on Tuesday morning, May 17

“We must help the Pope. We must stand with him just as we would stand with our own father.”
