Review: Tarot No Questions Asked
Last updated on: October 14, 2020 at 3:14 am By Mat Auryn
The tarot is a symbolic language that you establish with your conscious mind, subconscious mind, and the collective unconscious. To have clear intuitive or psychic readings one must have that symbolic language established and just as important - personalized in one’s relation to those symbols. Theresa clearly seems to understand this and in this book, it definitely shows. Read more

Psychic Witch Study & Discussion Guide
Last updated on: October 13, 2020 at 10:31 pm By Mat Auryn
Witchcraft, meditation, and psychism are considered practices. Many times in the book I compare it to practicing art, a musical instrument, or sports. For example, with martial arts you cannot say, “Do seven roundhouse kicks and you’ve mastered it” and have that be universally true for everyone. Everyone develops at their own pace and that’s the way it should be. Likewise, if you don’t practice roundhouse kicks actively, there’s a strong chance for ability to do it perfectly will decline. With practices we develop and hone our ability to do something with precision. Read more

Review: Blackthorn’s Botanical Brews
Last updated on: October 12, 2020 at 6:02 am By Mat Auryn
Amy Blackthorn has concocted an ingenious book. More than just a simple recipe book, Blackthorn’s Botanical Brews: Herbal Potions, Magical Teas, and Spirited Libations contains the deep understanding, research, and creative cleverness expected from a well-seasoned witch like Blackthorn. Drawing upon the art of witchery’s traditional concepts, theories, and tools, Amy applies them to the art of crafting drinks in an imaginative and fun way, transforming ordinary teas, cocktails, and mocktails into powerful potions with formulas that are just as delicious as her insights. Foundational High Ceremonial Magick Books For The Modern Witch
Last updated on: October 12, 2020 at 6:04 am By Mat Auryn
I truly believe that High Ceremonial Magick, which was a massive influence upon modern day witchcraft, can greatly assist the witch in their witchcraft practices both magickally and spiritually. For those who are curious about diving deeper into High Ceremonial Magick but aren't sure where to begin, I've provided the eight books that I feel are invaluable resources on the topic. My criteria for these books are that they are beginner friendly, extremely well written, and can specifically assist someone with a witchcraft practice to approach these practices and concepts. Review: Strix Craft
Last updated on: October 7, 2020 at 8:11 pm By Mat Auryn
Oracle Hekataios has provided such a refreshing and invaluable contribution to the field of occult books in which he shares a fascinating blend of the praxis and cosmology of the Orphic Mysteries of Hellenism with that of contemporary witchcraft in a way that doesn’t feel like it’s simply rehashing Wicca in the outer trappings of Ancient Greece, like we commonly find in books of a similar vein.
