With my mom passing away and then my sister becoming gravely ill, it’s been a bit sullen around here these days.

Well, let’s change things up a bit.

For the past few months, I’ve been working with my webmaster to come up with a brand new website. It’s been quite an adventure, because I’ve been trying – under my webmaster’s expert tutelage – to learn how to do most of the things on my own. I’m fortunate that she’s such a wise and patient teacher.

We’ve revamped the site, updated the pages, and added some bells and whistles that I know you’ll enjoy. The best part is that there are still some surprises yet to come, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, I invite you to my new website.

To celebrate, I’ve discounted the prices on all of my books. I also have included all of my upcoming appearances, are growing more numerous by the day. Just to give you a heads up, my Fall is nearly full. So, if you’re thinking of having me speak at your event, please book a date with me as soon as possible! Also, of course, if I’m appearing in your area, please come and introduce yourself to me. It would be awesome to meet you.

You know I love to hear from you, so please let me know what you think of the new site!

Whew. It feels good to be able to share some happy news for a change.
