4.    The Rosary

We live in tumultuous times and now more than ever, people are looking for ways to protect themselves. There are many threats to our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Going through a divorce can leave you feeling ultimately exposed and vulnerable.

There are many weapons one can pick up and use for protection. For some people those “weapons” are rage, bitterness, and cynicism. However, I’d like to recommend one that is most powerful, the Rosary.

Whether you’ve never prayed the Rosary or you recite it daily, I invite you to rediscover the peace and consolation that comes from praying this prayer. And if you’d like someone to pray it with you, check out my special edition podcast of the Holy Rosary For Those Suffering Through Divorce and you can pray it with me, anytime, anywhere.

The holy Rosary is a powerful weapon. Use it with confidence and you’ll be amazed at the results.
~St. Josemaria Escriva

The Rosary is my favorite prayer.
~St. Pope John Paul II
