Walking Hekate’s Road
Last updated on: June 11, 2020 at 4:29 pm By Cyndi Brannen
To walk the mother road is to seek the magick, medicine and mysteries of the Mother Goddess. Although she comes in many different faces, she is a guide along our journey down her twisting pathway. Long before the ancient scribes scratched Hekate's name on their tablets, she was known as Enodia, the Goddess of the Road. Read more

Trusting Ourselves and Our Goddess: Why Intuition, Visions And Gut Feelings Should Always Be Believed
Last updated on: June 11, 2020 at 4:55 pm By Cyndi Brannen
Only by establishing trust within can we function from the truth of our soul. When we are recovering from spiritual programming, we can fall into the trap of believing that Hekate, our guides and even the cards are more trustworthy than our own insights. This, of course, is a falsity. Without the trust in our own inner voice there is no true trust in any other. Read more

Wild One, Rage On
Last updated on: June 11, 2020 at 4:31 pm By Cyndi Brannen
There is a rage that is rising among us, roaring against the confinement, the ineptitude of leaders, the uncertainty of the future, and the very real risks to our health and that of our loved ones. These are frightening times. Rage in the time of COVID-19 need not lead to us fighting over toilet paper. What we are feeling is right, not to be denied. And it's a call from our sacred wild souls if we only listen. Read more

The Power of Resilience: Wisdom From Hekate, Persephone and Circe
Last updated on: June 13, 2020 at 3:14 pm By Cyndi Brannen
In times of great upheaval, we can turn to both the deeper world and science for guidance. Our modern science tells us that simple rituals to boost resilience include a daily gratitude practice, certain forms of coping, and daily breathwork. Our myths demonstrate that perseverance and resourcefulness will see us through. In particular, the lessons from Hekate and her companions Persephone and Circe, provide powerful medicine for increasing our resilience. During these troubled times, it’s so easy to get overwhelmed by everything that is going on, from feelings of social isolation to worries about the future. Then there’s the actual pandemic itself to fret about. With all that’s going on, it is easy to get very stressed. Especially for those of us who are highly sensitive to the emotions of others, whether those we care about or those societal energy waves we pick up, the sheer amplitude of this time can be all-consuming. Hekate And The Return of the Wild Woman
Last updated on: June 11, 2020 at 4:36 pm By Cyndi Brannen
The rise of women doesn't equate to the fall of men. It is about all of us claiming our own unique power while supporting others as they do the same. What the rise of women means is that, by necessity, the old power structures have to fall. We no longer will put up with the patriarchy that demeans and diminishes who we are. This is the energy of the goddess known as Hekate: the fierce, complex force of the sacred femininity in all her power who breaks free of the past and keeps the keys that open the way to our own power.
