About Kace
K. C. Alexander is the author of Necrotech and Nanoshock—transhumanist sci-fi called “a speed freak rush” by NYT bestseller Richard Kadrey and “a violent thrillride” by award-nominated Stephen Blackmoore. She co-wrote Mass Effect: Andromeda: Nexus Uprising, Bioware’s first novelization for Mass Effect: Andromeda. Other credits consist of short works to Fireside magazine and the Disabled People Destroy Science Fiction Kickstarter. Specialties include voice-driven prose, imperfect characters, and reckless profanity.
She speaks at various conventions on matters of authorship, mental health awareness and diversity as a rule. Even if she does prefer animals to people. For her fiction works, visit her author site.
Gone Witching!
Change is inevitable. People aren’t stagnant. Most importantly to this blog space, Kace is definitely not the stagnant type. Not fucking anymore. From woman-placed to non-binary identity (she/they/just this guy, you know?); romance author to aggressive SF/F; wanderer to wistful to wondering to…witch?
At the crossroads of life and ambition, dreams and practicalities, certain roads have never been traveled. It’s long past time she did.
Gone Witching records Kace’s thoughts, experiences, feelings and questions as she learns and studies the hows and whys of witchcraft, and most importantly, where the practice fits in her life. Or whether it does at all. She’ll get things wrong. She’ll change her mind along the way; that’s what learning is. She’ll try everything that appeals. There are no sacred anythings here at Gone Witching. Real, unvarnished, and yeah, irreverent.
Here are her first steps into a world she’s fascinated with. Is it for her? Dunno.
You are invited to find out.
