Hi Jay, I’ve been a little troubled lately and I don’t know what to make of it. I had a terrible dream the other night, and I remember feeling like I was being pinned down and I couldn’t move. I was trying to wake up, but I just couldn’t, and the feeling was terrible. I had these massive goosebumps all over my body, and I was trying to yell, but nothing was coming out. I finally woke up and nothing was there. Do you think a ghost was attacking me in my sleep? I don’t think that was a dream because it felt too real. I haven’t been able to go back to that room since I’m so afraid. What should I do? Help!!!

Jay, I often dream of my mom and dad and they passed many years ago. This might sound far fetched, but I feel like I’m actually visiting with them! It feels so real, and I feel great for days afterwards. I’ve confided in some people, but I think they think I’m losing it! Am I crazy?

Hi Jay I have a question. Is it true our soul leaves our body every night? To go help others where we are needed? Thank you so much for doing this I am loving this new question and answer blog.
