Hi, I’m Jenn – a mom of six, an educator, a writer, a follower of Jesus, and a joyous newlywed. For a long time, I existed in an evangelical, conservative bubble. Then life happened. Gradually, experiences and interactions challenged and stretched me. And my faith shifted and grew — deconstructing here and reconstructing there. Truthfully, I hope this questioning, taking apart, examining, putting back together again never stops.

In this space, I write mostly about the intersection of faith and politics and how our faith impacts our relationships with those around us – because, after all, politics really is very connected to loving our neighbors.
