Patheos Explore the world's faith through different perspectives on religion and spirituality! Patheos has the views of the prevalent religions and spiritualities of the world.
Drink in and value the joyful times in your life. Live them fully. A moment of true, unencumbered joy is worth more than pure gold. You’ll think more clearly, be more motivated, feel better and be healthier, when you regularly lose yourself in joy. Relish the experience of being fully alive and letting yourself completely enjoy yourself. Is such behavior selfish? No. When you have more joy in your own life, you have more to give others. By experiencing joy, you enable the true person inside come to life. That person is overflowing with love, abundance and creativity that will add immensely to your life and the lives of those around you. Let yourself be joyful, without guilt, without expectations. Truly value the joyful moments and lose yourself in their richness. You’ll feel the power of that joy in every part of your life.
Let go of the need to need. Feel the reality that you already are enough, and that it is truly magnificent. Don’t worry about what will be or what won’t be. See and feel the limitless beauty of what is. Taste the eternal freshness of now. Live fully the boundless miracle of existence.
Shine the bright light of joy on all that is around you. Even the biggest problems are no match for the positive possibilities that fill your life. Feel how good it feels when your joy spreads to others. Live the abundance of joyfully bringing your positive, meaningful purpose to life in each moment.
