Whatever happens in our lives we always have two choices. We can learn from it and wake up or we can feel harmed. That’s the chance we have. In his book “Inner Engineering – A Yogic Guide to Happiness”. What does it mean to “create a feeling of inner happiness within yourself?” We can not say that we are a happy generation we are overwhelmed with stress and worries. It is mainly because we govern our external world in a way to be comfortable for us. But only if we begin to control our inner world we can really have a happy life. If you do not know how to properly manage your mind can you know how to really manage anything in your life? ..I’m just asking.. Welcome to MAHASHIVARATRI 2016! Let it happen this night the nights of true awakening for each of you. It was a great tribute to us in Uganda that Sadhguru blessed us with our presence. If you feel really exhilarating would you ask what the meaning of life is? If there is no change in you or in me how can we change the world? We will do an exercise called Upa-Yoga. I have to tell you Indian parents do not even want us to let our daughters! This is not just for you Ugandans. Indian parents do not want Indy to let their daughters. The most important thing in life is that you are alive right now. Do not think it’s a joke. What’s right now is not a watch. It’s your life.
