The Church Impotent–the transitional paragraph 2016-12-21T11:32:35-04:00 C. R. Wiley

LOGO Patheos Explore the world's faith through different perspectives on religion and spirituality! Patheos has the views of the prevalent religions and spiritualities of the world.

My last post noted that I’m working my way through Leon Podle’s fine book, The Church Impotent, The Feminization of Christianity.

I’m at the point where Lee goes from amply substantiating his point with reams of data to moving on to an explanation–i.e., how’d this happen?

Here’s a photo of the transitional paragraph (I’m too lazy to type it all out) click to enlarge:

This is from page, 101. I’ll take up his explanation next time.

I’m still busily working on the final edits to my book, Man of the House. I’m happy to announce that Lee has graciously agreed to write a foreword to it. (And Allan C. Carlson is writing an Afterword!)

Until we meet again.
