Well, it’s begun.
The Bachelorette began again last night when Desiree Hartsock began looking for love in all the wrong places on the hit ABC reality tv show.
The numbers don’t lie. All of the potential suitors — except one! — will be sent home in the limo of shame. However, there is one silver lining to getting voted off. Well, at least it’s a sugary sweet lining. Ring Pops, the candy your kid screams for in every grocery store aisle, is trying to soften the blow by sending candy to the cast-offs. According to DKC News:
It’s totally not fun being dumped. Especially by the reality TV star of your dreams that you’ve known for five minutes. No one understands this better than the makers of Ring Pop and to ease the breaking hearts of last night’s cast-offs from ABC-TV’s “The Bachelorette” they are sending each of them a personalized Ring Pop.
Each of the Ring Pops feature a unique message on the wrapper like “Our rock won’t last forever, but it tastes better” and were created by the new personalization site, MyRingPop.com. MyRingPop.com enables candy lovers everywhere to choose from a variety of flavors and wrappers and pen creative messages for their Ring Pops.
We’re sorry that this very special love journey has abruptly ended for this lovely group of bachelors. But it’s still a toss-up as to what lasts longer—Desiree’s new beau or our special sweet treats.
