19 Kids and Counting star Michelle Duggar has posted a new video to her TLC blog. Most of the time, Michelle sticks to fluffy parenting-related topics like kids’ books and favorite snacks, but now she’s getting personal and discussing her struggles with anger issues.

“Years ago The Lord really broke my heart about my anxiousness and my anger,” she says in the video. “I think we all struggle with that. The feelings of frustration and anger building up and how do we deal with that?”

Michelle admits that the stress of raising so many kids so close in age often caused her to get angry and lash out, but now she relies on God to help her get through those tough moments. You can watch the entire video below.
