Lauren James is a wife, mama, and spiritual director, deeply invested in the connection between our understanding of God and how it shapes our lives. Her diverse experiences- from entrepreneur and chef to seminarian and church training director- have fueled her passion: empowering others to lead with wisdom, rest, and utter delight.

She dedicates herself to serving Christian women whose leadership is their ministry, whether in their homes, communities, workplaces, or churches. In 2024, she founded Ordinary Faith, where she provides practical leadership training and soul care through spiritual direction and coaching, helping women lead from a place of deep connection with God.
