Hi! I'm Mastura - host of the Essence of the One blog. Essence of the One is the community blog of the University of Spiritual piritual Healing & Sufism. I've been a student of Sufism, working and studying with this group since 1998. I enjoy contemplation, sailing through a range of feelings, welcoming insights and exploring the many facets of human existence to see how they reflect God’s presence in the world and what they have to teach us about ourselves and our relationship to God. I look forward to sailing with you on this ocean! Find me on JoyfullyLivingWellness.com and SufiUniversity.org.
