Temple of Apollo in Delphi, Greece was built by Yogis from India
Last updated on: December 3, 2012 at 9:22 am By Desh Kapoor
Delphi was known as Omphalos – or Navel in Greek. Interestingly, Delphi – the word comes from the root, δελφύς delphys, or “womb”. Sadhguru was at the Temple of Apollo and he found that he wasn’t the first Yogi to have visited that place. Someone had been here before. Not just that, he also could say what structures could have been there to complete the whole Spiritual geometry that have been lost now. Very interesting! Read more

Congress Party’s negative election campaign in Gujarat as its house of cards falls
Last updated on: December 2, 2012 at 10:45 pm By Desh Kapoor
The situation of Congress is Gujarat is laughable. It is like a person who hates someone, but doesn’t have enough wherewithal in him to do anything positive, so he uses everything negative to win. But somehow, his own inability is so acute, which obviously he doesn’t realize, that he is breaking apart from every side. This is what the wife of Sanjiv Bhatt, the Gujarat IPS officer – the Congress pawn who was being used by Congress to hit on... Read more

Spiritual Question: Is Time Travel Possible?
Last updated on: December 2, 2012 at 1:38 pm By Desh Kapoor
One person has heard about a Himalayan Yogi who has appeared in the mountains for thousands of years. He is curious if someone can travel across time? Can someone come back into future from past. Sadhguru looks at this questions and answers in ways that are difficult to experience for us normally. But Intriguing. Read more

Asia has no Religion, its a Western construct
Last updated on: December 1, 2012 at 9:30 pm By Desh Kapoor
Came across a very interesting article on Huffington Post: Why doesn’t Asia have Religion? It is a point that is important to make and so difficult to do so in the current world, which has been contaminated by the very idea of religion as the only sacrosanct way to God. Within the Hindu society, it is even more important to make such a point, because Hinduism is NOT a religion as well. Spiritual pursuit in India has been called Sanatan... Read more

Pakistani actors/ celebs: their money needs and career inroads in India vs their National Arrogance
Last updated on: December 1, 2012 at 8:58 pm By Desh Kapoor
Pakistan and India are locked in a strange situation. First, Pakistanis aren’t happy that Indian stars and models are endorsing products in ads that are beamed on their TV. So, they want these ads banned. This was suggested by the “Standing Committee for Information and Broadcasting o fthe National Assembly” (lower house of parliament) during a meeting attended by Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira. Another grudge the Pakistanis have is that Pakistan, as a “responsible country” is beaming Indian movies and TV programs; but India... Read more

How would I know if Krishna was in my room?
Last updated on: December 1, 2012 at 7:46 pm By Desh Kapoor
There was a time when I was seeking without a Guru. I had decided I won’t go to one. At that time, he called me a “confused guy”, because “I couldn’t make up my mind what was right” as I would read up and appreciate every Enlightened Master from Vashisht to Krishna to Osho to Krishnamurti. Little did he know that it wasn’t the Gurus whose words I read who were the main attraction, but the wisdom in their words... Read more
