All anyone in the Indian administration needs to do to understand the Pakistani official mind is to – unlike and irrespective of what the apologetics may contend – watch and listen to the most prolific commentators in the local media like Hamid Gul and Zaid Hamid. It doesn’t matter what the so-called intellectuals from Pakistan say to deflect the focus from that line of thinking that DOES have strong currency within the top circles in Islamabad. It is imperative that we take things seriously.

If one has heard the rhetoric from Zaid Hamid and also from Hamid Gul and what the latter says about how Pakistan has made a fool of US and the West; one could easily predict how the mention of Balochistan will play out in Pakistan. Now, I can bet it, no matter what we try… we have dug a hole so deep for ourselves that Pakistan will use to not only launch terror attacks but also go scott free by bringing up Balochistan and any amount of “dossiers”!

The reports in Dawn now says that before the alleged meeting between Dr. Manmohan Singh and Gilani, a “dossier” exchanged hands which detailed RAW’s acivities in Balochistan and the attack on the Sri Lankan team in Lahore. THAT, it is said, forced Dr. Singh’s hand into signing the agreement with Balochistan mention. [1]

According to sources, a dossier containing proofs of India’s involvement in subversive activities in Pakistan was handed over by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to his Indian counterpart Dr Manmohan Singh during their recent meeting at Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.

Pakistan has also shared these evidences with the United States and Afghanistan, specifically asking the latter to prevent the use of its soil for disruptive activities against it.

Although the information given to India is being kept highly secret, broad outlines of the dossier available with Dawn reveal details of Indian contacts with those involved in attacks on the Sri Lankan cricket team and the Manawan police station.

Do you think this is surprising? HECK NO! If one had followed how the Pakistani officials work to hoodwink through their “holy” noises but have their own plans in the back pocket – remember the press conference clandestinely broadcast LIVE from Agra? – then you would know that this was coming. I called Dr. Singh in my earlier post “an idiot”. I have thought that it was a little harsh… but really honestly speaking.. if you close your eyes.. and DESPITE a history of blunders – as a party and a country – keep doing the same in the name of “Peace” then to STILL expect a different result – qualifies you as an idiot as per Einstein’s definition.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Why can’t we just get ONE basic thing in our minds CLEARLY – there is NO “State Actor” and “Non State Actor” dichotomy in Pakistan! This F****king BullShit is for the Americans to believe or those who have NO freaking idea of the Pakistani dynamics to chew on. But if anyone in the Indian adminstration is even HALF SERIOUS about a terror free future for India from the attacks by Pakistan, then we have to START with the assumption that ALL the “ACTORS” – State, non-State, Mix – ARE TOGETHER in their GOAL and PLANS! Any other assumption will result is massive trouble in India!

I wonder if Dr. Singh would ever realize the proportions of his blunder… for he has not just invited further and worse Terror Attacks on India but also signed a decree to let Pakistan go scott-free after those attacks. For nailing Pakistan
