Patheos Explore the world's faith through different perspectives on religion and spirituality! Patheos has the views of the prevalent religions and spiritualities of the world.

Renew your mind
This world’s way of thinking seems to get us stressed out. God wants you to think the way He thinks. Since He is the one who created your mind, it makes sense that His plans for how to operate it would be the best plan. Start by letting go of your worries. Don’t make the excuse that worrying is just part of your personality. Worry is a sin, and not a sin we can justify just because we’ve always been a worrier. Worry occupies the part of your heart where faith should live. Let go of those stresses and trust your life into God’s hands. Let His peace change the way you think.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2
