Don’t forget! The Interpreter Radio Show can be heard live via broadcast in the greater Salt Lake City area or, anywhere at all, by computer. It originates between 7 PM and 9 PM on Sunday nights, Utah time:

I, alas, probably won’t be able to hear it this week, as I’m hosting the monthly meeting of our reading group on Sunday night at just that time. We’ll be discussing the new history of the Church, Saints. This will be particularly fun since our group includes professional historians who have published extensively on the story of the Restoration. Given the fact that my wife is in Virginia, though, and given that I’m obliged to provide refreshments for my guests, I’m especially grateful today for Costco.

I couldn’t agree more than I do with this article on the Church’s blog:
“Light Is Scattered among All of God’s Children”
Let us not think because we feel and know we have the truth that we have all the truth for there is truth yet to be revealed. Let not our knowledge that we have the truth stifle our search for more truth. Let us build into our characters the kind of faith that will accept the truth when it comes and by its coming perhaps modify some of our ideas about the truth. (President Hugh B. Brown)
“Know ye not that there are more nations than one? Know ye not that I, the Lord your God, have created all men, and that I remember those who are upon the isles of the sea; and that I rule in the heavens above and in the earth beneath; and I bring forth my word unto the children of men, yea, even upon all the nations of the earth?… For I command all men, both in the east and in the west, and in the north, and in the south, and in the islands of the sea, that they shall write the words which I speak unto them; for out of the books which shall be written I will judge the world, every man according to their works, according to that which is written. For behold, I shall speak unto the Jews and they shall write it… and I shall also speak unto the other tribes of the house of Israel, which I have led away, and they shall write it; and I shall also speak unto all nations of the earth and they shall write it. (2 Nephi 29:7, 11-12.)

This interview with Wendy Watson Nelson, the wife of President Russell M. Nelson, is really quite remarkable:

I really like the story about the mayor of Le Chesnay, France, that was told by Bishop Gérald Caussé in the April 2018 General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Someone reminded me of it earlier today:
