Ray Chavez is a gym rat and happens to be 104 years old! He began working out three years ago with a trainer in San Diego. His motivation was to try and make it to 75th anniversary ceremonies of the attack on Pearl Harbor (Dec 7, 2016). As the oldest survivor of the attacks, he had a goal to get stronger and be fit enough to travel the 6 hour flight. Well, he made it and gained 20 pounds of muscle along the way. Watch this video and make sure you climb a few more steps today in Ray’s honor.

Thank you so much for your service Ray Chavez!
