Yep – this baby is only 9 weeks old, but his hair-do catches the attention of all those that see him. His name is Junior Cox-Noon and he’s affectionately call “Baby Bear.” Instead of falling out as the midwives had predicted, Junior’s hair has grown and grown. Mom cannot go anywhere without being stopped by complete strangers in awe of her baby’s special look.
