These cows have been kept inside during a harsh winter and are being released to pasture. They haven’t seen grass in months. I am no expert in cow behavior, but they seem happy…ecstatic in fact!

These are healthy cows that are kept warm and safe during a winter and then let out when the weather is warm and they are ready to graze the grassy fields. How sweet to see them hopping about!
