This teacher goes above and beyond the call of duty when she offers one of her kidneys to her 8 year old student who was in desperate need of one. What an inspiring story of paying it forward.

I always felt there was something else I could do in my life to make life better and this is what came my way.

We can be “Kidney Twins” for life.
