Have you heard of the online platform FORMED.org? It is one of the fastest growing Catholic programs in the country. Basically, Formed is a Netflix-like video-on-demand and digital content subscription service that features the best audio, video, e-books and feature-length films from some of the world’s most credible Catholic sources, such as the Augustine Institute, Ignatius Press, Lighthouse Catholic Media, St. Joseph Communications and Word on Fire ministries. Here are a few examples of what is available:

MOVIES

Pope John Paul I: The Smile of God

Mother Teresa

Padre Pio: Miracle Man

Life for Life Maximillian Kolbe

BOOKS

Young People’s Book of Saints by Hugh Ross Williamson

Be A Man by Father Larry Richards

The World’s First Love by Fulton Sheen

The Kiss of Jesus by Donna-Marie Cooper O’Boyle

Divine Mercy In the Second Greatest Story Ever Told

Opening the Word

The Footprints of God

AUDIO

The Fourth Cup by Scott Hahn

The Truth to Inspire Series for children from Quiet Waters Productions

I’m Not Being Fed by Jeff Cavins

The Face of God by St, Mother Teresa

New content is constantly being added to Formed, making it an invaluable resource for study and evangelization. One such example is Forgiven: The Transforming Power of Confession, a sacramental preparation program that explores the grace and healing offered in confession and shows how this sacrament of mercy reveals the depth and bounty of God’s love. It’s the ideal program for Advent. The first three “Forgiven” sessions are available on FORMED now. Children’s content is available on FORMED, as well, including animated films, audio dramas on the lives of the saints, a video program that is a dramatization of Kristoph and the First Christmas Tree and e-books from Sophia Press.

I have used Formed and I can’t recommend it enough as a rock solid resource for spiritual growth. With literally hours upon hours of content available and more added regularly, Formed will be a useful resource for years to come.

Today I am launching a VERY special giveaway. Carmel Communications, marketing firm for Augustine Institute has come forward as sponsor for this THREE winner giveaway.
