Patheos Explore the world's faith through different perspectives on religion and spirituality! Patheos has the views of the prevalent religions and spiritualities of the world.
In the chaos of this New Year I didn’t write the New Year’s Wish I had intended to post. Now after the events in Paris, the words of Mother Teresa I planned to begin with ring in my ears . . .
If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.
Blessed Mother Teresa
May we use every way we know to remember that we belong to each other.
May we realize that we are unique and irreducible expressions of the Love and Intelligence that powers everything.
May we see this uniqueness in each living being.
May we open our hearts larger than we ever imagined possible.
New Year’s Blessing to each of you.
