How to Make this Year a More INTENTIONAL One and Your BEST Yet 2019-01-12T12:08:25-04:00 Ashley Willis

  1. Set some Goals and Build an Action Plan.

This is where I get stuck most. I need A plus B to equal C from the very beginning. I’m not a risk taker by nature, but I love to dream. It’s amazing how often we miss out on our dreams because we want to have it all together before we take the first step.

What I discovered this year was that if I broke my dreams down into goals and made a plan that helped me reach them, progress actually happened. I took some small intentional steps to accomplish these goals and it lead to more energy, more accomplishments and clearer focus. I was seeing a small part of my dream come to life.

I don’t know what your dream is, but I honestly believe you can accomplish it! I feel so strongly about that even without having met you. I believe we were each born to do great things. We just have to find the right steps and tools to help us get out of our own way. I needed to learn how to focus my energy on a singular goal and complete it. It was a huge moral booster and a source of excitement to take on the next goal.

So think about it… What dreams do you have that you could break down into several different goals and then start building from there? Believe me when you accomplish these small goals, you will find the courage to take the bigger steps that scared you before.
