So, here are 4 ways to keep your money from ruining your marriage (in no particular order):

Money isn’t everything, but it certainly impacts our marriages. According to an article on CNBC.com, financial strain causes more marital problems than just about anything else. In one study, 35 percent of couples in crisis cited money issues as the root cause of their stress. So, yeah. Money is a BIG deal when it comes to our marriage.

The CNBC.com article states that one reason couples often fight about money is the fact that one partner is a “spender” while the other is a “saver.” Naturally, this can cause spouses to argue. There are also times when both spouses are spenders, and they are under constant financial strain. No matter the scenario, any couple can find themselves under financial pressure from time to time. How we handle it will greatly affect our peace at home. So, here are 4 ways to keep your money from ruining your marriage (in no particular order):
