In marriage, it’s important that we strive to bring out the BEST in one another, but this takes intentional effort. Both the Bible and scientific studies have shown that a woman’s primary felt need is love; whereas, a man’s primary felt need is respect. We all need both, but the level of those needs looks a little different for men and women. As spouses, it’s important that we intentionally meet this primary need in one another. And, when we do this, we will bring out the BEST in each other. But, how do we achieve this? Well, let’s start with what a husband can do.
