Yes, What Does It Mean to be In Vibrational Alignment?
In my last post, I presented a message received by Ann Albers, who communicates with Angels . Their message said, “Your only job is to be accessible, vibrationally speaking, so you can receive our loving signals and be willing to act when inspired.”
It occurred to me that the term “vibrationally speaking” may be confusing to you. So, I thought I would expand on it to help you understand its significance. Because learning to be in vibrational alignment will make a HUGE DIFFERENCE in what you are manifesting.
Here is a Great Definition of Vibrational Alignment
The Good Space website explains it this way:
“Every form of matter vibrates at a certain frequency. If you choose joy, compassion, and love, you’ll attract people, things, and situations with the same frequency. On the other hand, if you choose anger, sadness, or guilt, you’ll attract people, things, and situations that match.”
So, all of us are vibrating at a certain frequency. And I can tell you from my own experience that our thoughts create our frequency. Here is an example of how my high or low frequency affected my outcome.
This Happened When I Was In Positive Vibrational Alignment
Years ago, my car broke down right at sunset on an out-of-the-way road that didn’t see much traffic. I pulled over to the side of the road and put it in park, all the time being consumed with fearful thoughts, like “OMG! What am I going to do? NOBODY drives on this road! NOBODY will see me! I’ll be stuck here all night…” And so, the negative thoughts bombarded my mind. I was definitely in LOW FREQUENCY!
But then I stopped, took a deep breath, and said, “No! I will not give in to fear! I know You are here to take care of me, God, and I THANK YOU for that perfect person who is going to help me.” I sat silently for about 10 minutes, all the while thanking God for this perfect person.
My Positive Vibrational Alignment Worked!
Sure enough, a car came driving toward me, and when the driver was even with my car, he rolled down the window and asked me if I needed help. Turns out, he was an auto mechanic! I needed a water hose, so he drove to the store and bought it, then returned to install it.
He refused any money, except for the cost of the water hose, stating, “If my wife’s car was broken down somewhere, I would hope that a good Samaritan would help her, so I’m just happy to help you.” Wow! God is so Good!
What If You Are in Negative Vibrational Alignment?
This is what happens when you think POSITIVE THOUGHTS. You are in a High Vibrational Alignment that attracts POSITIVE ACTIONS. And I was reminded of how true this was when I chose to think NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
Many years ago, when I was in an unhappy, abusive marriage, my car broke down on the expressway. As I sat there on the side of road, watching torrential rail beating on my car, and watching cars whizzing by, I felt such despair that it immobilized me. I didn’t know what to do.
We didn’t have cell phones back then. I was at least a mile from an exit ramp, and I didn’t relish walking in the torrential rain to get help. I sat in my car for over an hour, with my emergency lights on, before a police car FINALLY pulled over and offered help.
My thoughts at that time were filled with negativity and victimhood, and this situation clearly expressed these negative thoughts. I was definitely in LOW VIBRATION!
So, How Do You Get into High Vibrational Alignment?
It’s so easy to fall into a Low Vibration when things aren’t going well. And your mind will begin to think of everything that is WRONG in your life. And guess what? The more you focus on what’s wrong, the more WRONG things you attract into your life.
So, how do you get into High Vibrational Alignment with the GOOD THINGS you desire? You become aware of your thoughts. When I came out of that bad marriage, a friend of mine pointed out that I was still falling into a lot of negative thoughts and words. She suggested that I wear a rubber band around my wrist and pop it every time I said or thought something negative.
I gave it a try, and boy, was my wrist sore for about a month! I am so grateful to my friend for showing me this most effective tool! Of course, once you realize how many NEGATIVE thoughts and words you are using, you then need to replace them with POSITIVE thoughts and words.
How Do You BELIEVE Your Positive Thoughts Work?
Thinking positive thoughts sounds good, but how do you BELIEVE that they will attract good things when all you have been attracting was negative things? I admit that was a tough one for me.
As I was pondering this very issue one morning as I drove to work, one of my favorite songs from the Beach Boys came on the radio. It was “Wouldn’t It Be Nice?” And suddenly it hit me! What if I started saying “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” and then think of everything I WANTED to happen?
So, that’s what I started doing! “Wouldn’t it be nice if I got a great parking space right up front?” And I did! “Wouldn’t it be nice if 50 people signed up for my class?” And they did! “Wouldn’t it be nice if I meet a nice guy?” And I did – and we are still together almost 30 years later!
And each time I made this statement, I became in vibrational alignment with GOOD THINGS! And so can you! Just remember that God WANTS you to have the Desires of Your Heart. But you must BELIEVE that you will receive them, or be in Positive Vibrational Alignment, to attract them. And hopefully some of these suggestions will help you realize your dreams.
I would love to hear from you to share your stories. You can email me at [email protected].
