“They tease me now, telling me it was only a dream. But does it matter whether it was dreams or reality if the dream made known to me the truth?” – Dostoevsky
October means more to some people than Halloween. It means Breast Cancer Awareness month. “Boo! You have breast cancer,” is not a trick anyone wants to hear, yet according to Cancer Facts and Figures, an estimated 1 in 8 women who live to age 95 will be diagnosed with the disease.
The good news is cancer is no longer a death sentence.
Did you know your dreams may help you overcome any illness or crisis with healing information? This blog will share tips and information to help you remember your dreams and connect with Inner Guidance for a healthier and more fulfilled life.
Breast cancer was once considered a women’s disease, but it affects men too, either directly or as the support system for a loved one. One man who has shown his support for the Pink War is George Noory of Coast To Coast AM.
George Noory interviewed me on prophetic dreams that diagnosed my breast cancer three times.
During the two-hour show, we discussed how my Spirit Guides dressed as monks entered my dreams to share life-saving information concerning my breast cancer. The audio link to the show is at the bottom.
Finding cancer in precognitive dreams three times is as lucky as winning the lottery three times in a row. Although, luck had little to do with it.
Divine intervention did.
In the interview, George asked me if dreams provided answers from another realm. The answerer is “absolutely!” Have you ever prayed for help with a life challenge? Your prayers may be answered in your dreams.
Here are 5 simple steps you can use tonight to help remember your dreams that may contain important information. A dream is like a letter from your soul.
1 Voice Your Intention to Remember
Verbally voice your intention to remember your dream before you go to sleep.
2 Keep a Notebook Beside Your Bed
Early morning dreams are the easiest to remember. Keep a notebook beside your bed. When you awaken, write what you remember. If you are having trouble remembering, lie down in bed in the same position you were in when you awoke, relax, and try to remember anything at all.
3 Write Down Your Feelings
Write down your feelings at the time you awoke if the dream still allusive. Did you feel happy, sad, frightened, content, or anxious?
4 Write Down Any Color
Write down any color that pops into your mind while trying to remember the dream.
5 Name Your Dreams
Give your dream a name or title, even if it’s The Dream Without a Name. If some part of the dream returns during the day, jot it down on a piece of paper and add it to your dream journal.
Over time, your dreams will become longer as you begin to interface with yourself, your Inner Guidance, and your Spirit Guides. We all have Spirit Guides. We are their job, and they take their job seriously. Meeting yours in your dreams is a wonderful step to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
In the last half hour of the show with George Noory, listeners called in with questions for me about their amazing recurrent or confusing dreams. Dreams do matter in our lives and often beg the question, “Did you have a déjà vu or did a dream come true?” Validation is the answer.
My story is not the only story of its kind. Healing precognitive and guided dreams happen more often than many of us realize. On the Coast to Coast Radio show, George and I discussed Dr. Larry Burk’s study, Warning Dreams Preceding the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer: A Survey of the Most Important Characteristics of twenty other women whose dreams diagnosed their breast cancer either prior to or after medical tests missed their cancers is published in the Explore Journal of Medicine.
If you have not done so already, set your intention tonight to remember your dreams and meet your Spirit Guides. They are waiting for you. One of the reasons they can make a big difference in your life is because you will never feel alone, again.
