“They tease me now, telling me it was only a dream. But does it matter whether it was a dream or reality, if the dream made known to me the truth?” ~Dotoevsky
Affirmation: I will always visualize myself healthy and that will make me happy.
Your dreams are an incredible tool that can help you overcome any illness or crisis with guided healing information.
This article will share tips and information to help you remember your dreams and connect with Inner-guidance for a healthier and more fulfilled life, especially during October.
October means more to some people than Halloween. It means Breast Cancer Awareness month. “Boo! You have breast cancer,” is not a trick anyone wants to hear, yet according to Cancer Facts and Figures an estimated 1 in 8 women who live to age 95 will be diagnosed with the disease.
The good news is cancer is no longer a death sentence.
Breast cancer was once considered as a women’s disease but it affects men either directly, or as the support system for a loved one. One man who has shown his support for the Pink War is Goerge Noory, host of Coast to Coast AM Radio.
George Noory interviewed Kathleen O’Keefe-Kanavos on prophetic dreams that diagnosed her breast cancer three times.
The actual link to the show is at the bottom of the article.
Finding cancer in precognitive dreams three times is as lucky as winning the lottery three times in a row.
Luck had little to do with it. Divine Intervention did. Have you ever prayed for help with a life challenge? Your prayers may be answered in your dreams.
Here are five simple steps you can use tonight to help remember your dreams.
I.)Verbally voice your intention to remember your dream before you go to sleep.
II.) Early-morning dreams are the easiest to remember. Keep a notebook beside your bed and when you awaken, write what you remember. If you are having trouble remembering, lie down in bed in the same position you were in when you awoke, relax, and try to remember anything at all.
III.) Write down your feelings at the time you awoke if the dream still allusive -Happy, Sad, Frightened, Content or Anxious.
IV.) Write down any color that pops into your mind while trying to remember the dream.
V.) Give your dream a title, even if it’s The Dream Without a Name. If some part of the dream returns during the day, jot it down on a piece of paper and add it to your dream journal.
Over time your dreams will become longer as you begin to interface with yourself, your Inner-guidance, and your Spirit-guides.
We all have Spirit-guides. We are their job and they take their job seriously.
Meeting guides in dreams is a wonderful step to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
In the last half hour of the show with George Noory listeners called in with questions about their recurrent or confusing dreams. Dreams do matter in our lives and often beg the question, “Did you have a déjà vu or did a dream come true?” Validation is the answer.
“Kathleen’s story is unique but not the only story of its kind. Healing precognitive and guided dreams happen more often than many of us realize,” says Dr. Burk.
Dr. Larry Burk’s study, Warning Dreams Preceding the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer: A Survey of the Most Important Characteristics of twenty other women whose dreams diagnosed their breast cancer either prior to or after medical tests missed their cancers is published in Explore Journal of Medicine.
If you have not done so already, set your intention tonight to remember your dreams and meet your Spirit-guides. They are waiting for you. It could make a big difference in your life because you will never feel alone, again.
Help others by sharing your dreams that came true in the comments.
Did you find them easier to remember in the morning or right after you fell asleep?
